Ashram Programs

For adults or mature youth 18+

The Ananda Institute of Alternative Living offers a few on-going summer ashram and work-study programs for mature young adults who are sincerely seeking a spiritual living experience such as we offer. These programs are by application only, and require a personal interview to attend. Our ashram and work-study programs include:

• Daily yoga, meditation & spiritual practices
• Service projects including gardening, trail-building, cleaning cabins, kitchen clean-up, cooking assistance, & campsite maintenance
• Weekly class in the art of spiritual living
• Group kirtans, Sunday worship services
• Boarding and meals with institute staff and students
